A sad farewell for resident of Gerroa of 50 for years +, Neville Hawke.
He was a senior lecturer for many years at Hawkesbury Agricultural College – now Western Sydney University and head of the Holstein-Friesian Cattle Association for more than 20 years.
A keen fisherman, footballer, artist, founding president of the Gerroa Community Association original member of the local Probus club and also he was an early computer buff and programmer. He developed early software for cattle management.
Neville was farewelled yesterday in Kiama – he was 94.
