Gerringong residents will now see the much-discussed & large Blackwood Street development proceed following council approval.
The project, adjacent to the IGA attracted over 50 objections and will see the construction of a four-level complex with commercial on the ground floor, with five serviced apartments & 37 residential apartments above.
Basement parking will allow for 108 vehicles.
