Kiama Council is seeking expressions of interest to lease Lot 41, Jamberoo Road Jamberoo, for agistment purposes. The lot is just over 1 hectare in area and zoned for primary production. The lease will be for 5 years…most likely for cows or horses; however, social media has suggested more creative solutions, including free-range chickens.
Council is also seeking expressions of interest to rent vacant office space on the ground floor of the Gerringong Town Hall, in the area formally occupied by the library. The office space is approximately 38 square metres. Expressions of interest for both leases close by Friday, June 17.
