Guy Sebastian – a part-time Gerroa resident, has been again in the news this week, with another round of a continuing neighbour dispute – a saga of disproportionate extent – over a boundary fence.

Guy’s adjacent resident, one Phillip Richard Hanslow, secured the services of a high-profile legal representative to maintain the rage, but this week – surprise, surprise – all charges were dropped.

The Waverley Local Court heard that Mr Hanslow had agreed to an Apprehended Violence Order – an AVO.

The point of this story is that Guy has no boundary fence issues at his Gerroa property because he has no fences – at all.
