Also, the Federal Government has advised the state member that a Headspace service will be opened in Kiama to support local young people struggling with mental illness.
The Federal Minister for Health has advised that further details will be confirmed in the October Federal budget, and whilst it will take the same months to find the staff and establish the office, the service will come to Kiama & will supplement the existing services in Nowra and Kiama.
