Here is an idea, Eurobodalla (Moruya area) Mayor Mathew Hatcher wrote to non-resident ratepayers recently, asking them to consider putting their property into the rental market to help ease the shire’s housing crisis.
One hundred fifty replied & more than fifty were able to assist straight away. The remaining were interested in making housing or land available in the future.
