The strategic planning processes at Kiama Council have been extended in time. According to the Bugle, the town centre and heritage review have generated many submissions. The final version of the Draft Town Centre DCP is anticipated for the July meeting of the council. The housing strategy is delayed, as is the Gerringong town Centre review.
Kiama Councillors will sit over 2 sessions at this Tuesday’s meeting to finalise planning and budget documents, plus the regular monthly meeting agenda.
