The Omega School House will be restored to its original 1860s bluestone façade.
Due to water leaks, and the lack of suitable sealants at the time, the property was concrete rendered about 1930.
The new owner, Paul McCarney, wants to remove the overlayer, seal the exterior to all weather and reveal the real Omega Schoolhouse.
