A contract for the sale has been announced, of Kiama council’s Akuna Street properties.
Level 33 Property Group has advised they will be in a position to exchange contracts on 14 October, with the settlement of the sale 42 days from that date.
Kiama Council will release the sale details, including the sale price, once settlement has occurred.
