The head chef from the Silos Restaurant, Rob Salmon remains in a critical condition in hospital following a crash on the highway earlier this week.
Silos is located on the highway south of Berry and his van was involved in a collision with a truck at Jasper’s Brush early in the week.
A ‘Go Fund Me’ page has been set up for the 54-year-old and has already raised substantial funds.
