Some relief for the parking congestion in town is on the horizon, with Kiama Woolworths telling Kiama Community Radio that 65 more parking spaces will be available shortly, with the Woolworth’s back carpark set to open up in early July.
The Kiama Woolworth’s manager says a public announcement on parking and grocery arrangements (especially for the elderly) for the 3 weeks, when the store will be completely closed, will be made shortly.
Slightly more than 220 wider spaces will be available when the whole refurbishment is completed
