Woolworth has lodged an amendment proposal for the approved Kiama DA, with an additional commercial area of 500 square metres.
Woolworth’s Regional Development spokesperson believes that the area might be leased as office space or for a gym.
According to the Bugle, the addition would mean the lift is now proposed to be re-located to the Terralong Street entrance to allow for access from the top level to basement parking.
